I have 45 pieces of British India 1939 1/4 rupees. I picked a few from this lot and sent it in for grading and they came back 62/63 and all the coins look like the same grade.
Ef's sell for $15 on ebay so I think this is a great deal at ~$18 a piece. British India coins have been appreciate in value in the last few years. If you are a collector or a investor, these make very ideal candidates.

The reverse of all the coins are Brilliant! I would grade the reverses 63-64 but as most obverses in the series they don't have a good strike and would grade them all 61-63. Some of the coins are toned but most of them are not toned.
