Need ebay invoicing help

Customer bought two cards and I invoiced.. Two days later bought two more and I invoiced with shipping charges (didn't realize it was same customer from previous purchase). Now customer wanted combined invoice for all four cards which is fine and I would charge reduced shipping...problem is I couldn't figure out how to combine the two invoices...now I have "uncombined" both invoices and it looks like four separate invoices for the four cards and isn't giving me an option to combine the four of them. Anyone know how to fix this??
