Bryce Harper Refractor

The centering on the card is a touch to the left, but it is too much to get graded. Please help, thanks!

    I would guess, if you think it will get a 9 or less. Dont have it graded. If your intention is to resell. If its for your own self, then thats your call.

    Well I figured if the centering would automatically keep it from receiving a 10 then I would just sell it raw and get a regular base Harper that's a 10 already.
