2000 P dime. Need help identifying damage

What would you call this type of damage? Ebay item number 190819324063. Cant link from a iphone. Or is it an error of sorts
Family, kids, coins, sports (playing not watching), jet skiing, wakeboarding, Big Air....no one ever got hurt in the air....its the sudden stop that hurts. I hate Hurricane Sandy. I hate FEMA and i hate the blasted insurance companies.

The dime was in the 'lower' section of that
pocket when the sealing machine came down.
(it was overlapping low, where the grid design
would seal itself)
You can see damage/split in the plastic at
the bottom of the dime - the Dime got the
damage from the Heat Sealing Shoe, and the
dime's rim 'cut' the plastic.
It's post-minting damge for the coin, and
concurrant damage in the packaging process.
Not an error coin or package of any type.
<< <i>Crud....and i thought it was worth a million bajillion dollars. Heck, I would take a million pesos at this point. >>
It's still worth face value!
As FredWeinberg mentioned it's not a collectable error but just damage.
This is actually the kind of set that upon receiving you contact the mint for an exchange.
