Should this auction title / description be changed or should this auction be ended?

This eBay auction is listed with:
<< <i>Title: 1861 CONFEDERATE STATES 50¢ RE-STRIKE
Description: See the scans of this (Bashlow re-strike?) >>
The coin, however, looks like an obvious replica COPY coin with the COPY stamp area damaged and scratched to remove the letters. If you look at enough of these you'll recognize the damaged area as the common location for the COPY stamp on this piece.
Now, this has been brought up and responded to in the Q&A section:
<< <i>Q: that spot is where it used to read COPY just letting you know not tryin to be a smart a_ _
A: No problem - I appreciate you noticing that.. So, bidders - it's a 'Copy', not a 1961 token, etc. >>
In this situation, should the title or description be updated to reflect this is a damaged replica COPY coin instead of a "RE-STRIKE" or "Bashlow re-strike?" Although it's mentioned in the smallish Q&A text below, somehow, it seems like an error of this importance would warrant an appropriate change to the title and description. Also, given that this is a COPY coin with COPY removed, it seems like the auction should simply be ended due to non-compliance with eBay policy. Do you agree or am I off base?

If bids, end auction and relist.
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

'dude
I don't write up all the descriptions
for the non-error items, so my apologies
that we, and I, didn't notice that the
word 'copy' was removed from this p.o.s.
Please take the rope down from off the
tree branch. Thanks
