1993 topps finest refractor buy back packs???

Check out this youtube video This guy opens a platinum bonus baseball pack and it has 6 93 refractors in it. I have never seen this before does anybody know what company made these packs and ware to get them?

    Somebody with a stockpile of 93 refractors repackaged them and sold them in these "Platinum" packs for like $200 ea. It was mostly commons with a few stars sprinkled in but I don't think there were any big hits.

    I bought a lot of these back when I used to join group breaks on blogtv. Chad (TheTruth17) knew the guy who made them and would have group breaks with a few of these packs thrown in. All of the top guys were in it and I remember a Griffey and Ripken getting pulled. I got the Thomas AS which was the best one I hit. I think they were around $135 - $150 each, but this was back in 2009.

    I think the 93 refractors will go back up in value. I don't think they will be what they were but I do think they will go back up
