It's tiny. It's pretty. What's not to love?

I was in my local coin/stamp shop this morning perusing some stamp lots when this came in the door. I loved its appearance so the owner flipped it to me for a quick sale.
It sparkles in sunlight and due to the toning it takes on a cameo appearance, especially the obverse. The parallel lines on the obverse go under the devices, so my assumption is they are die polish lines, not the result of chicanery.
Nice die clash on the reverse to the right of the denomination.

+1 Gotta love the "being there at the right time" side note.
