Yes -- get that $5.50 per card for post-1956 order in.

I will be doing the same.

I'm curious as to whether there's any rhyme or reason for how long these submissions take to pop. I've sent in three orders now that were all 45 or 30 day specials. Two of the three popped 3 or 4 days after being logged, while the other one took over 30 days. Is there a reason it seems like it's always feast or famine?

I think its simply luck of the draw. I imagine the queue pile is simply reached into blindly to grab a submission for grading.

They simply refuse to start going First IN/First Out within service levels.

I am still waiting on a Jan special 45 day turnaround logged Feb 5. While i know i am still not at 45 days, not sure how psa ranks orders for proccessing. Doublestriker already had his March special 45 day turnaround completed and shipped while i am waiting on a Jan order. Oh, and my order was only 13 cards.

If your submission has cards from rare sets that might require some research, I've found that the submission time typically is longer, as opposed if you just had a bunch of 1976 Topps baseball in your submission and nothing else. Cards requiring Tall Boy (or other odd size holders) often also take more time if PSA ran out of supply for these holders at that time.

I don't think it matters what you sub. i submit just 70s baseball (standard size) and have had 45-day special subs pop in anywhere between 2-40 bda.
