    No Chris,
    I never personally got the message. What i would suggest would be for you to reapply, as it certainly appears u have some good references.
    Keep in mind though, that no one on TR is allowed to create a page until they have completed 5 trades on TR and received 5 positive feedbacks on our TR ratings page. When those 2 things have been verified by TR management, then u are promoted to Asst Manager and given access to your own page.
