    Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
  • He was the 1st ball player to ever send me an autograph in the mail, I think I got his address out of SCD around 1980, he signed the card I sent and included a signed picture and a nice note. Rest in peace Mr. "Fire" Trucks

    He was a great person to write to. We exchanged many letters. If you wrote one page he sent you three and he always signed what you sent plus sent extra signed cards & photos. He told me stories of his playing days, his time as a scout, and just regular jobs he held. The autographs are great but the letters are priceless.
