A recent NEWP that I believed was under graded but would like others opinions here....its an Austrian 1/2 Taler 1773 IC-SK. Maria Teresa, veiled head type -struck in Vienna mint.
Its graded NGC MS62 - the example has some adjustment marks plus a somewhat weak center shield but otherwise a totally lustrous example with great fields, actually flawless with crisp lettering and strike.
What are some thoughts here on the grade, and would PCGS grade this 63-64?
