I don't know about legitimacy, but after looking over the site, it looks like another seller who professes not to like grading and simultaneously overgrades his raw cards.

Seems like decent prices. The one thing that scares me about the raw 50 dollar plus cards is that they will be shipped in a 4 screw case!!

I like how he lists the MSRP (manufacturer's suggested retail price) for older cards and boxes. I'm pretty sure Topps never had a MSRP for a '67 Mantle. And, if they did, it would have been about a dime, not $150.
