Grades Popped! A Few Scans Added 3/30 Ryan Rookie

Grades just popped. A few surprises and a few disappointments as always. I requested no qualifiers so that may have affected a few. Not sure whats wrong with the Irvin. I thought Erskine, Reese, Yaz, Perry, and Hunter would all be 1 grade higher. Mantle getting a 3.5 was a nice surprise, and im very happy with the Ryan and Bench rookies. The 69 Ryan probably got a 5 due to centering issues cause everything else about it looked like atleast a 6 to me. Overall not bad. I will post scans when i get them back!

    I have a pic of the Irvin before i sent it in. I dont have a pic of ryan at this time.

    What do you think Evan, was that upper left corner crease flattened out at some point? That corner seems like what they nailed you on.

    Im not quite sure. This is how I bought it. Whatever it is, was done before I got it. I guess I didnt look it over well enough. Do they tell you what it is?

    Unfortuntely they don't. I got my '52 Mantle and '56 Clemente sent back with "Altered Stock" and had no idea what they were seeing. Finally got the Mantle graded but still haven't sent Roberto back yet. I had the Mantle in a plastic screw down and I think the corners looked to mashed down, left it in the open for a few years and it got graded.
