<< <i>GTG off an image for any coin is hard, let alone at this supposed grade level. >>
Sure it is hard sometimes. But if the image is of sufficient quality, there isn't all that much guesswork involved. >>
There is big money difference between 64 and 65 and 66. Assessing value is, after all, the primary motivation to assigning a grade to a coin -- right?
In light of the big money differences, is guessing really worthwhile? (We're not talking about the difference between VF35 and EF45, or deciding if a coin is P01 or P02.)

Ok, let me expound.
Depending on the luster (which is most apparent in hand), I'd either agree with Marcmoish or disagree (and feel it is a 65+ shot upgrade). The "shot upgrade" comment has to do with how actually visible the mark on the forehead and the mark at 6 o'clock on the obverse are.
One thing I will say, however, is that the coin has nice eye appeal no matter the grade assigned.
