Would you be your purpose in getting the sets graded? Sale? Display? Registry drug? Do you have a high grade set?

If it's only for display purposes, a binder and pages would be a much cheaper way to go. If it's for the registry drug (current addict speaking), you can upload pictures, put the cards in a safe and have them available for display wherever or whenever.

If you are set on getting them graded, I'd call PSA and see if they can work something out with you.
I'm building a 1968 and a 1970 Topps set. I have lots of 1970s and 1960s to offer in trade.

Have you contacted them to see what kind, if any deal they will give you. They usually give a break for large submissions and with a submission of over 800 cards I bet that you could get something off the price of the grading fees.
I am on a budget and I am not afraid to use it!!
