Stupid USPS question

I have never printed a shipping label other than paypal or ebay. I tried doing it on the USPS.com site (for a non ebay/paypal transactions) but all I see is Priority Mail. Can we print basic postage on the site or just Priority Mail postage

You can still print them on paypal for non Paypal transactions. Just click merchant services and scroll to the bottom and click manage my shipments. Should be pretty self explanatory from there.
