What to do with an image stealing eBayer???

I've seen this a couple times on eBay over the years, but it has never happened to me yet. I posted a Topps Football set on eBay for sale last weekend and now see another seller using my images for their sale. What should I do??? If anything???

Don't worry about it!!!
I always put something in my auction listing, when original photos are used, that the scan is of the exact item(s) you will receive.
You're covered that way... and if someone steals your image(s)... let them run the risk of a buyer filing a SNAD case against them

Consider photos I upload in the listing process for inclusion in the eBay product catalog and other product offerings.
The default for this is yes, so any photo you upload can be matched up to your title and added to Ebay's product catalog. A seller can then use these "stock" photos when selling their same item. If you don't want your photos added to Ebay's product catalog then set it to no. It won't prevent your photos from being stolen but at least you're not allowing your photos to be added to Ebay's stock photo collection.
<< <i>Friend of mine once had an image stolen where the guy didn't even bother to copy the photo - he linked directly to the file my friend was hosting. So my friend swapped out that file for something a little more...uh...NSFW and then reported the guy for violating Ebay's porn policies. >>

Heh, I've seen that when people do that on message boards. Fun stuff.
On Ebay, that only works if the image is in the body of the description. Ebay copies the image to their own servers when you set up an auction these days.
