Topps Redemtion Process?

I won a Auto Russell Wilson Chrome. I went through the redemtion process online. It's been over a month and it says my card is still pending. Is this normal? How long does it take to get the card?
I'm just having fun building a collection!

    Call them. They are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay behind on just about everything.

    Quickest turnaround I've had with them was 3 weeks. A friend pulled a Russell Wilson 2012 Sterling Auto recently and when he called them they said it would be about 2 months...

    My Koufax from 2012 Topps took about 1 and a half weeks to log as pending and then another week and a half to actually ship.

    Has anybody ever tried to figure out how many signature cards someone like Topps has on hand during the redemption period? I know my Koufax had to be redeemed by April 2014.

    Same here, I have a Yu Darvish Blue Bowman Chrome auto redeemed in November.
