Anyone who busted Chrome this past year knows centering and surface scratches were very common. Seeing a PSA 10 command over 150.00 tells alot. Psa 9's can be had for under 20.00 and PSA 10 refractors and xfractors for well under 100.00

edit to add: 150.00 is the highest sale price as of yet. They usually bring around 110.00

yeah....I pulled 4 of these, and only submitted one. PSA 10, and done. Every other one had some sort of issue, mostly a small nick in the bottom right corner.
