Beware: The Police Are looking for These Guys

Since I'm in the news biz I look through local police blotters occasionally and came across this a few weeks back and contacted Detective Pete Erickson of the Mercer Island Washington PD. He gave me a few names recently and said it would be OK to post the few names of possible scammers out to get cards by offering checks to sellers on ebay. Believe it or not he took this MI collector with a very high end '56 Mantle with a fraudulent check.
By the looks of the '75 Brett just posted on the boards today these guys may have stung another victim. Here are the names to be aware of according to the detective. Peter Lynn and Tommy Soone who work out of San Diego with Yuma Arizona as another location. The detective says they are using FedEx COD also. Sorry I don't have many details but I thought I'd throw it out there.
