That's Australia. The end of the Australia section (where the proof sets are listed) butts right up against the beginning of the Austria section, which is why you see that Austria blurb in his picture.

Oh- I notice in your screenshot that you actually have country names in your bookmarks on the left. That's great. Mine only has "A countries", "B countries", "C countries", etc.

It's the same price in the 2013 edition.
