Glove Cards (hang tags)

Glove cards or hang tags, whatever you want to call them , have been around for several decades.
These are cards, with holes punched into their corners, that are attached to baseball gloves by the glove vendors.
They are especialy hard to collect because both the holes and the corners must be in good shape. Very few have ever been graded.

Over the last year I have pulled together the best of these and gotten them graded. For those with interest the sets can be found here:

I generally only collect Topps and Fleer baseball, but my wife has been a long time shareholder in Hillerich & Bradsby so I have picked up some of the Glove cards. I have at least 5 different Hershisers...one still in mail ( different cropping on Philippine and Taiwan cards), and think there are at least 6. This is what I have so far. The SCD checklist is not complete

PSA has stopped grading all of the hang tag issues except the Louisville sluggers. This leaves me and others in a pickle since I spent real money grading "glove cards" in sets that I cannot add to. (see above)

Matchbook covers have been added to the MAntle master set, but the rest of these things are no longer gradable ???

I can understand if they choose not to include them in the registry sets, but if you are grading the little pictures on the side of a transogram box how can hang tags / glove cards not be gradable ?

Has any reason been given for why they will grade the H&B cards and not others ?
