Bronson Arroyo -- The Singer

I recently discover that he had a cd out. A few clicks later it has arrived in my mailbox. I got to say its pretty damn good. All cover songs of STP, Pearl Jam, Alice In Chains, Fuel and Temple Of The Dog to name a few. Im sure he has some stuff on Youtube if you want to check it out. Are there any other athletes with cd's out, that is not rap?

Off the top of my head I will say Bernie Williams.

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

Are you referring to active athletes? Two old timers I know of are Terry Bradshaw (Country) and Tony Conigliaro (pop/rock).

Scott Radinsky is a punk singer (Pulley, formerly with Scared Straight, and Ten Foot Pole). Scott Spiezio is a heavy metal singer (Sandfrog).

When I was in high school, I was also in a band that played cover songs of STP, Alice in Chains and Pearl Jam songs. But since I wasn't also a MLB pitcher, no one cares

short lived but Radinsky also had a punk band called "Slider" during his White Sox days. Speaking of the White Sox, Jack McDowell had/has a fairly successful alt-rock/singer songwritery band called Stickfigure. The immortal Thad Bosley had a gospel album. Noted American doubles team the Bryan Brothers have been known to lay it down. Important American soccer player, Clint Dempsey, had this mis-step . Speaking of mis-steps, we had Guy LeFleur's disco album. Bernie Williams is a fantastic guitarist and all, but here we undoubtedly had the greatest athlete turned musician entry ever. Also in competition for greatest things ever, we also had this.

All original music, released in 1995(?).

Has kind of Gin Blossomsish sound to it. I've heard (and have) worse.
