When submitting with a bulk rate where the cards have to value less that 100 dollars, is that the value before or after the grade? I just don't want to get a phone call saying I owe more money.

You shouldn't get any kind of bill. The value you are declaring is so PSA can determine how much to insure the package for return to you. As long as you don't get ridiculous, you won't have a problem.

Ahhhh, I see... A buddy of mine was trying to get his Ted Williams authenticated and PSA was asking for more money that what he submitted for, but I understand now why, thank you very much
