Order was received last Wed for a 5 and 15 day and they popped tonight, super quick. that's the good news but damn they killed me on evidence of trimming.

gretzky was a Beckett cross over
Favre was a KSA break out - damn you KSA, every card I ever bought has been trimmed. Wonder what the PWCC one sold for tonight :-(
Montana was from a BBCE vending box
Rice was pack pulled wtf?
Henderson was another KSA gem
jeter was a SGC 10 and looked flawless

Sorry about the tough break...

You have to be very careful with KSA. I've had some good results cracking some of their slabs, but only after long scrutiny. Trimmed cards are very commonly found in their slabs.

On the Gretzky Beckett cross over if they deemed the card sheet cut would they reject it as trimmed?

I am curious. Did you actually crack these out of the case and then send in to PSA raw? Or send in asking for a minimum grade?

I personally have had terrible rates of returns on anything graded by anyone other than PSA. Almost as if they want to knock the card down to show they're the toughest. I once sent on an SGC 96 and asked for a minimum 8 and didn't get it.

As for KSA, I'm never buying one again. EVery time it results in garbage.

Can anyone report as to the success they have had with GAI graded cards crossing over? I have a Gem Mint 9.5 that I am just hoping for a 9 out of from PSA......

Did you trim the Rice after you pulled it from the pack? Just kidding.

Two things you may find interesting...

My past orders with excessive EOT's have all popped very quickly. In other words, it may be a good thing when orders take a long time to process.

I've had lots of luck when re-submitting EOT's raw. You may be in trouble with the KSA's though. All of my re-subs were originally SGC cards.

On the EOT is it just me or when they deem one card trimmed they seem to get EOT happy and judge the entire sub?

That would be my opinion also, but my opinion is based on a submission with cards from the same year and set. It is quite possible that your cards went to different graders.

Ouch, sorry to hear that. I always ask for a minimum grade and if I don't get it I can always try to resell and get my money back

Great idea but I always think I stand a better chance raw over crossing over. Wouldn't be in this situation had I though!

Bummer! I've never bought a KSA card. I've been tempted several times with all the stuff martinsports has on hockey
but this probably confirms what I suspected.

For the OPC if it was sheet cut would it get EOT or something else from PSA
