Interesting Call tonight from Ebay: Global Shipping Program

I got an interesting call tonight from Ebay in regards to their International Shipping Program. I don't know too much about it, but apparantly, us sellers don't have to ship interntationally anymore? We ship the item to a center in Kentucky, and THEY in turn ship the item to the international buyer. And if the International buyer claims they don't get the item, then the seller is covered, as Ebay takes care of everything?? Maybe I heard the woman wrong, as she wasn't very articulate, but does anyone have experience with this new service that Ebay is offering?

Sounds promising. Hopefully it's direct through ebay and set up better than the sekaimon.com japanese ebay partner with the flight2* accounts where there's tons of SNAD claims.
