2005 Topps Heritage Tony Romo

Can anyone explain to me how this card books so high in Beckett?....as far as I can tell, it's a common....not short printed or anything. What gives? Is it solely that it's the 72 Topps design? (Staubach RC design).

It's his first Topps card. He also has a 2005 Topps Turkey Red that books for $10. Both cards routinely sell in the $1-2 range. His true rookie year is 2003 but he only has about 10 different rookie cards. His first Topps base card appearance was in 2007.
