Anyone know How Long It takes for the Pop Report to Get Updated

I'm wondering if anyone knows approximately how long it takes between the time PSA grades a new card and when it
gets added to the population report?
I'm curious because I'm trying to figure out if the following card that just sold in PWCC is a recent addition or if its still a
pop 6.
1970 Rose AS PSA 9
The flip starting with 2095 has me believing that its within the last year or so, but the mystery of how PSA does the flip number
sequencing always leaves one unsure.
Any ideas?
