Scanner won't pick up the decimal in PSA half grade flip??

Has anyone ever had this problem? I have an Epson v330 and it won't pick up the decimal point for the half grade on the PSA flip. It honestly looks like I photoshopped the decimal point out, but this picture is not altered at all. Why would it pick up everything else, but not the decimal? Here is a picture of the flip:

You probably have your Dust correction setting on.

Same happened with me. Turn off dust setting

Old problem......the dust correction feature doesn't like periods. You just have to turn it off in dealing with half grades.

Republican - Agreed about the knowledge on the boards. If someone gave me the dust correction answer, it would do me no good as I'd have no idea how to turn it off.

I remember having the same issue about 6 months back and Maurice suggested it for me. Thankfully I played around with the setting enough when I first got it so I knew what he was reffering to.
