ebay/paypal help...payment under review

Advice/Comment needed.

Brand new ebay account hit a BIN yesterday on an Auction I had up. Paid immediately.
Paypal indicates "To help protect" me they are "reviewing this payment."

The payment indicates that the paypal account is a verified user by initials of M.T.
The payment address information is to a M.V. (the first names are not the same). And the address is a confirmed address. The paypal physical address is also the same physical address that was noted in the YOUR ITEM SOLD email.

I have checked my paypal account, it is a real transaction with status 'Review'.
I could really use this $125 sale (auctions typically end ~$110, so its not excessively over priced)

Assuming Paypal approves the transaction, and since I will be shipping to the confirmed address, I assume there is little risk. But I am concerned about a hacked PP account. But then, would they have really confirmed the address with paypal? And changed the eBay address to match?

Or am I just being paranoid?

Don't think you're being paranoid but make buyer aware of the situation, since s/he may be able to provide additional insight

This must be something new. I had the exact same thing happen a few days ago. They reviewed it for a couple of days... maybe three. Then they sent me an email saying that the payment passed their review and it was ok to ship.
