Very sorry for the long delay, everyone. My wife gave birth on April 9th - a son! - and there was quite a bit of hospital time involved. Some emergency surgery and some jaundice, but we are all healthy and home now.

And in case there was confusion, I meant the USPS insurance not baby healthcare. Although that too is pricey. We are both self-employed and GA only has one provider offering coverage so they charge whatever they want.
