Can Someone Tell Me Whats Up With This Franklin Please

I went to the PCGS site to check the Cert. number but it says there is a problem and to call customer service.
Is this holder/coin legit?
Is this an error coin?
Thanks For Looking...

    There's no error on the coin;

    The edge has that look from the
    plastic washer......

    Toning and coin look fine - although the rim is a bit unusual (I will let error guys comment)

    Could be the slab is fake, but looks ok from the front

    Maybe because i use OPERA as a browser...Some sites dont play well with Opera.

    Anyway its just looks so strange.
    I am not used to looking at Franklins and not seeing the reeded edge.

    .
    the reason you cannot see the whole edge from that angle is that the reeds are the only part that touches the inside of the inside of the plastic ring. the rest of the edge is too low and the plastic is too rigid.

    it would literally need to fit like a glove in order to see the whole thing since it apparently isn't transparent either at all or from certain angles

    So did you call customer service?

    Just a wag as to possible problem: coin reported stolen?

    Simplest just to call and see.
