Recommend a dealer in CT/MA to buy 90%?

A guy I know from another (non-coin) board has around $70 face of 90% (Mercs, SLQs, Washington quarters, Walkers and Franklins mostly) and a couple Morgans he is looking to sell in the CT/MA area. Would appreciate recommendations for dealers who will treat him fairly. PM if you wish. Thanks in advance.

New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

    Why don't they just refine and re-use most of that dreck? I see no point in mining more silver when we continually waste fuel shipping that stuff in circles.
