Another 90's inserts post - Least "Limited" Edition Insert

Reading some of these 90's insert set posts has me thinking what was the least limited edition insert you remember.
Feel free to comment by two criteria:
1. Inserts with individual serial numbers
2. Inserts not individually serial numbered but noted as limited to XXXX
I'll work on a example of the first when I get a scanner. Have lots of 10,000 examples, any higher #'s out there?
Regarding cards with stated print runs but not serial #'d it has to go to the 1992 Classic basketball featuring Shaq while at LSU. The parallel foils were noted 1 of 56,000. I went big for Gugliotta, Laettner and Shaq. Can anyone beat 56,000?
