? about Ebay... I have a problem!

i bought a Joe Forte Sweet Shot rookie for $8 on ebay. I sent the money order 3 weeks ago..still havent gotten the card. I email the guy everyday and he does not respond to them. Should I report this or not yet?? If so how do I??? lmk thanx guys

    give the peroson like a FINAL date to recieve the card, so if he hasn't sent it he can or send it like express mail or something. Also give him a couple of threats, like mail fraud charges and reporting him on ebay and stuff. Same has happened to me on ebay and off and usually works

    Check out his feedback too, see what is going on there. I've had people with
    over 4000 feedback go bad, all of sudden, he got like 75 negatives, and then
    was no longer a registered user.

    I bought a kedrick brown shooting shirt#/350 on eBay. Still havent gotten yet. I thi oure supposed to give the seller one month to send the card. In my personal situtation, I live in New City and the guy sent the damn card to NYC. He sent bi woop, its ly 4 dollars but i sed the point was that i still didnt have the card in my hands so i still dont hvae it now. I hope your situation comes out better than mine.

    You have the receipt, contact where you bought the MO and see if its been cashed, did you send it to him Certified Mail or Receipt requested? I seldom wait more then a week tops to get my stuff, I send priority mail (2-3 days)($3.50) and request delivery confirmation($.40) I know what day and time it is received and when it is received I send a "Wheres my card" e-mail with a deadline for NEG Feedback
