Pujols Topps Reserve Baseball

I just bought this today at a card dealer convention for $300 the ball itself is white but there is some yellowing on the autograph. The topps label on the bottom is unbroken so I really don't know much on this baseball I know it is pretty valuable but how much??And also how many were signed in 2001. I had another Pujols rookie baseball authenticated by MLB that I am now selling on Ebay to make up for my loss but I hope I did not make a huge mistake buying it either.
