PCGS graded coin submission not received back

Has anyone ever had an issue not receiving their graded coins back from PCGS? They should have arrived last Thursday, and I won't be worried until the end on this week. The coins were sent priority with signature confirmation, but I did not see a mention of Insurance. Does PCGS self-insure based on what value you asign your coins?

Thank you.

Yes they self insure. Edit to add I have got all my submissions back with no problems.

Recently, I got my graded submissions a few days later than I should have,
don't worry about a few days late. A week to ten days late, then worry.

I've never had any problems and I have had many packages back and forth to PCGS and PSA.
