Great customer service from Fleer!!

I pulled two expired redemption cards on 4/18/02 one was for a Michael Redd Fleer E-X autograph rookie card and the other was for a Vince Carter Autographed uncut sheet. I called Fleer Customer service that day and spoke with a pleasent young lady who said to mail the two redemption cards to her directly. I put them in the mail that day and received the certified mail return receipt showing that the mail was received by Fleer on 4/22/02. I received the Redd autograph rookie card yesterday and a receipt showing that the Carter autographed uncut sheet was being mailed from the warehouse as well.
That is what I call prompt, courteous customer service.

Fleer is great.We just got our Drew Brees Autograph card after calling them just 2 weeks ago.They apologized that they had made a mistake as we had been waiting for over 4 months.
They corrected it very quickly tho.
