1984 Donruss Pat Tabler PSA 10

Is this priced correctly? Tabler's RC is actually 1982 Donruss and this has a population of 11. This can't be a Tabler thing, am guessing 1984 Donruss is widely collected?

Weird. According to VCP, That card has sold for anywhere from $12 to $300 the past few years. ANd now this price? What gives?

There is not a Tabler variation that I am aware of that would cause the price range to vary that much. Seems like around 06/07/08, there were fierce battles going on for 84 Donruss 10's, but I thought that had cooled off.
