Wrestling All Stars on EBAY right now.....Consignor Bidding on His Own Cards...

The seller is bidding on his own cards.

I watch these like a hawk and the consignor pulled his sets yesterday.

The seller is the first bidder with feedback of 1209 and was under the set name Spurs & Stars.

Rick this crap has to stop!!!

Spurs & Stars

His EBAY ID is JTN2000.

At this point I figure there are more consignors that bid on their cards than those that do not.

It is apparent that very little is done to discourage this practice of fraud as this has been pointed out many, many times on this board.

I think the collecting hobby although I have met a lot of great people is about as dirty as professional athletes and their PEDs.

I would agree, and in many cases it cannpt be detected either. I think shilling is actually more common on ebay than in AH formats at this point.

Maurice stated that it was very difficult to walk away from a bid at an auction house and I trust his judgement.

It is extremely easy to walk away from a bid on EBAY.

That explains why the downside risk of shill bidding on EBAY is much less and provides a greater risk reward relationship then it does at an auction house.
