Question about 1987 Fleer Basketball?

Afternoon,
Just picked up a large lot of 87 Fleer Basketball and was going through them to send to PSA and I have about 20 copies of each. On every single one of the #91 Robert Ried there is a little squiggly print defect next to the S in Rockets. Does Every card ever made have that ? and will PSA give this card a 10 with that?
Thanks
Neil

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
Actually I think that answers Both Questions!!
Thanks

<< <i>Thank heavens for these message boards. How did you make it from 1922 to 2006 without them Neil? >>
I see what you did there.

Hiya Neil
Devil's advocate here.
A question answered with a question...
Would you expect a card to grade a 10 with a print defect like that?
I just recently bought two packs from the last Group rip from BBCE. All of the cards I received had some kind of paint/print error. The funny thing, and crazy luck, I got the exact same cards in both packs other than the sticker. Both packs included the Jordan and both of them have the same paint issues (you just sent them out in the group sub). Another forum member pulled the third Jordan from the box and had the same issues. Pics of all on the Rip thread I believe. Crazy set

If that print defect was on every 1987 Fleer Robert Reid, then the defect wouldn't affect the grade. I think that's how it works, anyway.
Could get the dreaded GEM MINT 10 PD from PSA on the Reid
