Ebay sales tax update

I reported the seller (Broadway-sports-and-music) to Ebay yesterday and you know how that goes...like talking to a rock, a foreign one at that. Said they would look into it. As of this morning, no change, still charging estimated sales tax for all 50 states + D.C. & P.R. I gave negative feedback to warn other bidders also. Guess we"ll see if Ebay has any &alls and does the right thing...........
