I have been a Dodger fan my whole life. Been going to games since about 1975. I actually turned my grampa down when he went to the '74 series and wanted me to go with him. What a stupid 6 year old I was. Anyway, I graduated high school in '86 and have not lived in LA, except for a few summers, since then. However, I have always followed the team. As the years go on though I find them harder and harder to root for. The Garvey, Cey, Lopes, Russell infield, Tommy as manager for so many years, a great farm system, etc... seems to all be gone. That is the consistency is gone. Other than Vinny of course. While I love Magic Johnson I just can't get excited about trying to buy a championship like we were the Yankees. Any other Dodger fans have problems with it or do you just want to end the pathetic world series drought?
