Why would anyone send in to PSA a 1996 Topps 1955 Topps Mantle card and have it slabed "AUTHENTIC"??? Why pay the grading fee for this?

But, he did also post a scan of his Ebay Top Rated Seller Certificiate.

If you look at the back of the card, it says that it is a Factory Case insert and not the regular insert from the packs. That is why it is in a PSA holder.

Please explain this to me
