1980 Hunts Bread question

Are the cards that were issued 3 to a cello pack with Hunts Bread just the standard OPC issue of the same year? Are unopened packs with stars showing considered Scarce?

The cards in the Hunts Bread cellos are "regular" OPC . . . no difference.

I've never seen any evidence of a significant premium for star-showing packs, but logic dictates there should be greater interest from player- and team-collector specialists.
