Anyone swapping 90% for .999??

I was at one of the local dealers today picking up 4-10 oz. Acadamy bars and he said that 90% buy is quoted at $2.00 an oz. over spot while NTR, Acadamy, etc. 10 oz. bars are selling for $1.75 over. My question to anyone out there is are you considering swapping 90% for .999??? (He quoted me $2.25 over for JM and Engelhard 10 oz. bars)

I noticed around the start of the year when no one could get the 2013 ASE's that places like tulving and provident had pushed their buy prices on 90% way up. I thought it had subsided
