There is really no way of knowing if a card did not get paid for or not. We do get people every now and then report to us that a sell did not take place and we check it out.
Here are a few others from 1990 score that would greatly change the average price.....It doesn't look like any prices from 2013 have been added to any of these cards.

Do either of these cards show up on your sales run?
If so cards like this that were sold twice and neither appear to be completed can skew the data significantly.
