surface...is...everything

The card was centered. The card had four sharp corners, I submitted and get an 8.

I whined and complained about the grade. I was very p*ssed off. I thought I was being ripped off and only certain people get 10's.

I cracked out that card. Once I cracked out that card, I was still p*ssed. Then I did the required slanted light view. The stupid card had three little non normally visible bubbles on the surface. No chance seeing this unless the slanted light view was done.

For all my personal complaining about my grades over the years, I now admit it is indeed on me. Surface..is...everything.

I had a card a couple years back that very very centered , razor sharp corners , that would've been a Pop-1 , and still will be if one is found . I was drooling all over my self , with glee , when I did the slant test . What I thought was a circle in the photo , was actually a small bubble in the circle on the card . Of all the places to have a bubble .

I was so angry that I pitched the card to the wall . Life is not always fair .

On to the next card...............------- Sonny

Indeed.....the slanted light view is a must for surface viewing.
