1978 Topps Cello Munson Top Real?

Hi, i have a vague memory from the recent starpax cello thread debacle, that his 1978 topps munson cello top was fake. and someone commented that Munson "could not" be on top of a cello. Is that possible? why i'm asking is that i see another on ebay and trying to gauge the accuracy of the rest of the guy's stuff.

Unfortunately for this side of the hobby, the truth is that if these items can even fool the best of the best, then
they can fool anyone. There are big questions still out there, and it's kind of sad.
