Philippine Peso submission question

When submitting a US Philippine Peso (1903-S) to PCGS, do I have to submit it as a world coin and thus pay for secure plus or can I submit it as a standard US coin?

Sure, I can call customer service but others might have the same question in the future and I thought some of you might have run into this in the past.

Either way, but I summit them under U. S. They will accept them that way.
